Established in 2006, JUSTECH has enjoyed rapid development for12 years with products marketed to different parts of China and the world.Technically robust capacities, industry-leading service and optimized networkin the automation industry allow JUSTECH to gain a leading position in China’sautomation industry.
To accommodate to its rapid development, JUSTECH builds thesecond phase of the industrial park the construction of which was commenced onSep. 26, 2017. With a gross floor area of 90,000 sq. m, the second phase of theindustry park consists of 4 buildings, including Building 2#, Building 3#, Building 4# and Building 5#. Completed in this week, the main workof this project is expected to open by the end of this year. Now, follow me tohave a tour around this new industrial park.
First, we come to the building 2#, the one the ManufacturingDepartment care about most. Thefive-storey building 2# connects with factory buildings B and C within Building 1#. The first to fourth floors will house workshopsof JUSTECH Business Division while the fifth floor will be workshops of APEBusiness Divisions. This building is expected to be put into service inOctober.
The one parallel with Building 2# is Building 3#, and theframework of its main work has been completed. Building 3# is designed to be anoffice building for JUSTECH’s subsidiaries. The first two floors will houseoffices of Chengyeji and Tsuntien Prevision Business Divisions, the third and fourthfloors will be workshops of JUSTECH Business Division and the fifth floor willbe used by People’s Appliance Business Division.
Go across a steel bridge, we come to Building 5# from Building3#.
(Here is the highlight of this project, just keep calm andenjoy it!)
Building 5# is the highlight of this complex. The L-shapedlayout makes it different from traditional buildings. With interconnectedspace, this building offers all employees at JUSTECH need.
In front of Building 5#, I met a group of lively guys who askedme to interview them.
I: Well, A, do you have any expectations for these building in thenew industrial park?
A: To be honest, in burning summer, I, with a straight face, driveto work and park my car in the outdoors parking lot in the sunshine every day.My car then transforms from comfortable space to a huge oven and makes me sweata lot every day. Fortunately, it is a useful oven. If I place araw egg in it in the morning, then I can have it as night snack in the evening.
Okay, I know your expectation.
An underground parking lot (B1 of Building 5#) has been includedin JST’s plan.
The new industrial park is planned to offer 330 parking spaces,including 160 parking spaces on the ground, and long anticipated undergroundparking lot will locate on the basement 1 within Building 5#. Covering an areaof 6,500 sq. m, the underground parking lot will offer 170 parking spaces. Weare going to say goodbye to those days when we suffer from burning heat insummer and a carpet of snow in winter, and your car will also have a newshelter.
Then, we have the second interviewee.
C also shared with me his expectation. I am introverted, and whatused to make me feel happy every day was meeting with my darling——lunch in thecanteen during lunch break. But everything changes after the peak seasonarrives. We meet at a longer interval, and I miss her so much. Sometimes, sheis right before me, but there are too many people between us. Even when I meether, I have to go through crowds of people to find a private place for us. Ithink she has broken up with me, C said.
An international hotel style canteen (F1 of Building 5#) has beenincluded in JST’s plan.
With an area of 2,500 sq. m, the new canteen will be located onthe first floor of Building 5# and 3.5 times the size of the existing. Withminimalist and trendy style, the second phase of decoration is expected to becompleted by May, 2019.
Larger space, a more comfortable environment and more diversifieddishes will offer you new dining experience.
Then, another interviewee expresses his voice.
M is so excited to share his expectation with me:
You know, I have huge potential. (I: I really don’t know it.) Withthe increasing number of orders, many new members join us. But we need a largeroffice as the existing one is too small to accommodate such a big team like us.Certainly, it is quite warm and cozy sometimes when we work together overnightand the office is filled with our odor. I think you will like it too. (I: Iwill not!)
Larger office space (Building 4#) has been included in JST’s plan.
As shown in the design plan, next to the Building 1# is Building4#, an office building with main work completed. This three-storey building,parallel with Tower A of Building 1#, is at the stage of decoration. Building4# will be interconnected with Building 1# and serve as our new officebuilding. The front desk in Building 1# will be relocated to this building withupgraded decoration. The second floor of Building 4# will house expandedoffices for departments like the Mechanical R&D Dept., the Software R&DDept. and IT center, and the third floor will be office of APE BusinessDivision.
The entire plant is expected to be completed by December this year(outdoors area and square), and the decoration of the canteen and officebuilding is to be completed by May, 2019.
Hearing the new plan, M smiled and nodded at me with satisfaction.
All these remind me of what the founder of JUSTECH said:
